Rental Affordability Scheme will be rented out at 20% below the normal
rates. In exchange of the loss acquired by the investor, he will receive tax

when the agreement ends after a decade, that is the time when the rent can be
brought back to the normal rates.

even the government is helping out. but i am not sure if everyone knows about the NRAS mortgage scheme. from what information i dug up so far, it sounds like a good option for mortgage loans. i have a broker who has helped me a lot when i had to apply for a new loan and refinancing later on. it is time they got the word out about this loan to help out a certain group people in their mortgage.
